I've started using a private cook service 1 week ago

I've started using a private cook service 1 week ago it costs around 300euro/week including organic ingredients (2 dishes for 5 days a week + 10 snacks) my thoughts so far: - the amount of time saved is actually insane (why haven't I done this earlier) - thinking about food as a weekly menu makes it much easier for me to plan ahead now and to stick to a healthy way of eating - it would be even better if someone would cook it at our house, the logistics of getting the organic groceries to them is quite annoying (not many sources to choose from in cyprus another way of doing it would be to come up with 6-7 repeatable dishes I don't want to order delivery food because most is cooked with low-quality ingredients. I then perfect the way to cook them to our liking (I'd say I'm a pretty good cook and I know how to do it) I can then teach someone to cook these at our place 2x a week I'll keep 2 days fresh in the fridge and freeze a third day. Best case would be to hire someone much better and creative when it comes to cooking than myself but that would probably be much more expensive (and hard to source where I live) The weekend is free of mealprep because I also like to cook but just not 3x every day for the whole family (as someone else always has to watch the baby) having a child now made me so much more conscious about adding some efficiency to daily life and this seems to be part of the 80/20.
