It’s hard sometimes. Hard to get it right, tough to fail, disappointing to let people down. Yesterday I shared the story of how I managed one of my toughest weeks in business. As I’ve come further and further out the other side I’ve realised something. The times where you eat dirt and can’t seem to find a way out is where exponential growth happens. These are the times that you enforce change, where you innovate, and bring clarity to your future vision. It’s in these moments that you decide how much you want it, and why you’re doing it all in the first place. For me it’s simple. I do what I do because people need it.
